What do I do if I don't have a tracking number?
Contact your supplier or call One Express +39 051.3766611 (Monday – Friday 9am-1pm / 2pm-6pm) and we will put you in touch with the appropriate OneExpress affiliate straight away.
I’ve filled out the 'Request a Quote' form from the One Express website, but I haven’t received a reply. What can I do?
Make sure you delete any apostrophes and/or accents in the ‘City’ field.
Enter the complete address, e.g. not just ‘Via Soave’ but ‘Via Francesco Soave’.
Note: Enter the operational headquarters of the invoicing company or the city of residence for private individuals in the ‘City’ field.
What should I do if I realise that the wrong address, or an incorrect telephone number for telephone notice, was indicated on my current shipment?
Contact the supplier to request the change or call One Express +39 051.3766611 (Monday – Friday 9am-1pm / 2pm-6pm) and we will put you in touch with our OneExpress Affiliate to help you with this.
How can I contact the OneExpress Affiliate who called me?
Go to the “Affiliate Search” section to find your nearest Affiliate or call One Express +39 051.3766611 (Monday – Friday 9am-1pm / 2pm-6pm) and we will put you in touch with the appropriate Affiliate immediately.
How do I search for my shipment on oneexpress.it?
Enter the tracking code provided (this is a long alphanumeric code) into the ‘Search for your shipment’ section.
What is meant by 'affiliate' and 'affiliation'?
