Pallets must be packed appropriately according to the goods in them (weight, height, volume, etc.)

Packaging should cover the whole not just the sides, especially when there are easily removable packages

Odd- or over-sized pallets. The sending franchisee and receiving franchisee must come to an agreement for shipping these kinds of pallets. Then Customer Services must be informed to verify feasibility before the pallet is entered into the One Express network

All p-mixes must have a top cover. This is also recommended for standard goods

Limit the dispatch of loose goods (without pallets) as much as possible. Add them into p-mix with other goods if possible

As far as p-mix goods are concerned, it is ABSOLUTELY necessary to identify each individual parcel on the pallet with the parent parcel marker to be placed on that specific pallet. No parcels should be sent on other pallets that have other parent parcels as this will result in the goods being lost
