The Network's collaboration with the Con-
fcommercio Training Company Ascom Bologna
is a best practice for the selection of qualified
human resources and demonstrates the Group's
focus on Quality and Teamwork.
One Express relies on a highly professional
support for the identification of corporate col-
laborators and for their placement within the
organization: the Network has in fact chosen
the experience of Iscom Bologna to select -
and subsequently integrate - some of the
young specialists coming out of the training
offered by the same Center.
After an initial period of internship, five interns
who have successfully attended the Iscom
Bologna training course can now be considered
an integral part of the company team. “Logistics
and Shipping” and “Commercial Marketing
Technician” are the educational domains from
where One Express has been selecting its
employees so far, and now for the first time
three trainees from the course "Integrated
Logistics and Transport Technician" have been
simoultaneously employed.
Teaching programmes at the courses of Iscom
Bologna are divided into theoretical moments,
through taught classes and distance learning,
and just as many practical situations through
apprenticeships and project work. The combination
