Cari Affiliati,
è con grande emozione che annuncio la conclusione dei lavori per la realizzazione del nostro nuovo Hub One Express 9.7
presso l’Interporto di Bologna. A fianco dell’attuale stabilimento, infatti, ora ne sorge un altro di 14.400 mq, con 120 baie
d’attracco e nuovi spazi adibiti ad uffici.
Ancora una volta abbiamo dimostrato, qualora ce ne fosse ulteriormente bisogno ed in un periodo non tra i più positivi
per l’economia del nostro Paese, la volontà di espanderci con investimenti mirati e azioni concrete, per affrontare
al meglio le prossime sfide che ci attendono.
One Express è oggi una grande squadra che continua a crescere. L’impegno di tutte le sue componenti ha portato
al consolidamento del Gruppo sul mercato, oltre all’aumento degli Affiliati e dei Clienti. Grazie all’ottima organizzazione
di smistamento e di ridistribuzione dei carichi, oltre al valore del servizio offerto, abbiamo raddoppiato il nostro potenziale
e l’efficienza assicurata a chi sceglie di affidarsi ad un marchio che è ormai un sinonimo di Sicurezza e Qualità
tra i più efficienti con un miglioramento del trasporto raggiunto.
Sono questi alcuni dei fattori che ci hanno condotto al successo, senza dimenticare che il merito è da attribuirsi anche
alla formazione, che ci ha permesso di poter contare su personale altamente qualificato e specializzato, oltre che su strutture
di eccellenza e all’avanguardia. Non abbiamo intenzione di fermarci ed anzi questo deve essere per noi un ulteriore
punto di partenza.
Continueremo a crescere e a valorizzare la Qualità, le Risorse Umane, la Formazione e la condivisione delle informazioni
con l’intento di assicurare la massima priorità e la completa soddisfazione del Cliente, con un’attenzione particolare

tutta l’intenzione di raccogliere altre importanti sfide per un futuro che, sono sicuro, si dimostrerà ricco di tantissime

It is with great pride and excitement that I would hereby like to announce that work has been completed on the construction
of our new One Express 9.7 hub at the Interporto di Bologna. Indeed, in addition to the current site, we now have a further
14,400 square metres, with 120 docking bays and new office space.
In yet another less than favourable period for the economy of our country, we have once again proved - if proof were
needed - our desire to expand, with targeted investments and concrete actions to allow us to face the challenges that await
us in the future in the best way possible.
Today, One Express is a great team that continues to grow and evolve. The commitment of each and every member
of this team has enabled the Group to consolidate its market, as well as increasing the number of Members and Customers
with whom it works. In addition to the value of the services offered, our excellent organisation with regard to the sorting
and redistribution of loads have allowed us to double our guaranteed potential and efficiency, bringing a host of benefits
for those who choose to rely on our brand, which has become synonymous with Safety and Quality, as well as gaining
a reputation for efficiency and improved transportation.
These are some of the key factors that have led to our success, but we must not forget that a large proportion
of this is attributable to training, which has enabled us to rely on highly qualified and skilled personnel,
as well as on superb, cutting-edge structures. We have no intention of stopping here - on the contrary, we must see these
achievements as a further starting point. We will continue to grow and to optimise our levels of Quality, our Human
Resources and our Training as well as promoting information sharing, with a view to ensuring that the customer is given
the highest priority, and is fully satisfied with the services we provide. We will also continue to pay special attention
to environmental concerns.
One Express currently represents a unique business model in Italy and we have every intention of overcoming a range
of other important challenges in the future which, I have no doubt, will prove to be a source of deep satisfaction for all of us.
