Era il 2010 quando Marina Sernesi, Laura
Luparelli, Claudia Rebaudo, Giulia Maffucci, alle
quali si è aggiunta successivamente Alice Reggi,
hanno deciso di fondare ad Imperia l’attuale
cooperativa C.T.S. Logistica Scrl. A spingerle
verso questo passo è stata la volontà di far
fronte alle richieste del mercato distributivo
con servizi professionali e di Qualità. Proprio
quest’ultima è stato l’elemento distintivo
che ha permesso a queste imprenditrici di
distinguersi nel panorama logistico, portando
la cooperativa ad essere un punto di riferimento
nella riviera ligure.
Per raggiungere questo risultato, fin da subito
vi è stata la trasmissione di un forte senso di
appartenenza a tutto il gruppo di lavoro,
creando una squadra determinata e molto
affiatata. Non poteva essere altrimenti, infatti,
dal momento che la politica aziendale della
C.T.S. Logistica si basa su valori volti a stimolare
i dipendenti, incentivare la loro crescita
professionale e le loro capacità. Una formula
ideale per ottenere risultati efficienti, eccellenti
e competitivi, dando a tutta la struttura una
precisa identità.
Una concezione molto moderna, ma anche
molto femminile, in cui il clima familiare ha
generato un team unito che opera in maniera

In 2010 Marina Sernesi, Laura Luparelli, Claudia
Rebaudo, Giulia Maffucci, and later Alice
Reggi, decided to found in Imperia today’s
cooperative C.T.S. Scrl Logistics. A push
towards this step was the will to meet the de-
mands of the distribution market with profes-
sional and Quality services. And Quality was
in fact the distinctive element that has allowed
these women entrepreneurs to stand out in
the logistics landscape, bringing the cooperative
to be a point of reference on the Ligurian Riviera.
The immediate strong sense of belonging to
the entire working group, that has created an
assertive and very close-knit team, made it
possible to achieve this result.
It could not be otherwise, in fact, since the
company's policy of C.T.S. Logistics is based
on values aimed at stimulating the employees
and encouraging their professional development
and their capabilities. An ideal formula to
achieve efficient, excellent and competitive
results, giving the whole structure a clearly
defined identity. A very modern concept, but
also very feminine, where the family atmosphere
has created a united team working in synergy
and solidarity. A group work, with mutual
support but with respect and even appreciation
for the uniqueness of everyone.
Women's governance allowed to apply in
everyday life the distinctive approach that every
woman has towards her work: pragmatism,
