ACCADDE UN ANNO FA
Il 28 marzo 2015 si è tenuta a Bologna
la convention One Express, appuntamento
in cui tutti i membri del Network hanno potuto
trascorrere una giornata insieme all’insegna della
condivisione dei successi e dello spirito di Squadra.
Tra il resoconto nel dettaglio dei grandi risultati
ottenuti dal gruppo nel corso del 2014
e il confronto sugli obiettivi e i programmi per
il 2015, la convention è stata anche l’occasione
per riconoscere il merito di tutti quegli Affiliati
che si sono distinti nei mesi precedenti per
i risultati ottenuti nella produzione e nella
qualità dei servizi.
ONE YEAR AGO
On March 28, 2015 we held the One Express
convention in Bologna, an event where all the
Network members could spend a day together
sharing successes and our team spirit. As well
as detailed reports on the main results achieved
by the group in 2014 and a presentation of the
objectives and plans for 2015, the convention
was also the opportunity to recognise the
achievements of all those Members that had
distinguished themselves in the previous months
through the results obtained in production
and service quality.

LA CRESCITA ATTRAVERSO
LA FORMAZIONE
La formazione garantisce effetti immediatamente
riscontrabili sull’innalzamento della qualità del servizio.
È con questa convinzione che a maggio 2015 è stata
inaugurata la One Express Academy: il primo progetto
di formazione specifico nel settore della logistica,
pensato per qualificare sempre di più il personale
di tutti gli Affiliati e approfondire i servizi aziendali
più utili. Numerosi i corsi che si sono tenuti nel
primo anno: alcuni dedicati alle competenze più
trasversali, come la comunicazione e la
negoziazione con i Clienti, altri invece più specifici,
su tematiche come il trasporto di merci pericolose,
in linea con la normativa ADR o l’HACCP.
Grande importanza è stata data anche alla
formazione utile al servizio internazionale, realizzata
in collaborazione con alcune aziende partner di ALLNET.
GROWTH THROUGH
TRAINING
Training guarantees effects that can be seen
immediately in a rise in service quality. It was
with this conviction that the One Express
Academy opened in May 2015: it is the first
specific training project in the logistics sector,
designed to qualify even more the staff from all
Members and to study the most useful company
services. Many courses were held during the first
year: some were devoted to more cross-functional
skills, such as communicating and negotiating
with Customers; others were on more specific
topics such as transporting hazardous goods
in accordance with ADR regulations or HACCP.
Great importance was also placed on training
that is useful for the international service,
carried out in conjunction with some of our
partner companies in ALLNET.
