Cari Affiliati,
è con una certa soddisfazione che vi presento One Voice, il nostro nuovo giornale, creato per condividere tutte le
informazioni, le novità e le curiosità che caratterizzano One Express. Non si tratta di una semplice rivista, ma di un
mezzo per conoscere e conoscerci, per trasmettere a tutta la grande famiglia One Express, news, servizi, esperienze,
appuntamenti, iniziative e tutto ciò che possa essere utile a ciascuno di Noi.
Per quanto giovani, infatti, dal 2007, anno della costituzione, di strada ne abbiamo fatta tanta insieme, con il
contributo di tutti Voi, con il vostro modo unico di presidiare il territorio, relazionandovi con la Clientela e cogliendo la
grande opportunità offerta dall’essere parte integrante e attiva di un Network nazionale ed internazionale. Dagli 8
soci iniziali siamo oggi 24, con oltre 120 Affiliati che coprono ogni provincia del Paese, consegnando ogni giorno e
collaborando per garantire un perfetto controllo di filiera.
Siamo riusciti a costruire una squadra affiatata, unendo le forze per affrontare la globalizzazione, diventando
competitivi e facendo nostro un modello di business che in Italia è unico nel suo genere, al punto da essere quasi un
caso di studio. Un risultato straordinario che conferma come le cose semplici siano anche le più belle e che dietro ad
ogni azienda ci sono le Persone, le storie, le personalità e quella incredibile voglia di creare un solido team. È stato
grazie all’impegno di ogni singolo Affiliato che siamo riusciti a dar vita ad una rete che oggi consente ad ognuno di
soddisfare il Cliente portando merci su bancali tutti i giorni in tutta Europa, moltiplicando così le possibilità, riducendo
costi e consumi, ed abbattendo l’impatto ambientale, per un miglioramento della vita di tutti.
One Voice è il nostro strumento, la nostra voce per coinvolgere chi come noi ogni giorno affronta il lavoro con
entusiasmo e determinazione. Abbiamo a disposizione un nuovo canale in cui presentarci e illustrare cosa stiamo
realizzando, da protagonisti, perché è così che funziona nella grande famiglia One Express. Invito tutti Voi a inviarci
gli aggiornamenti che vi riguardano e che vi piacerebbe vedere sui prossimi numeri di One Voice. Nuovi magazzini,
miglioramenti gestionali, investimenti importanti, ampliamento dei servizi: in questo magazine troveranno spazio
tutte le novità che riguardano il Network e tutte le Aziende che ne fanno parte.

Dear Members,
It is with considerable satisfaction that I present One Voice, our new journal, which has been set up to share information,
news and interesting facts about One Express. It is not simply a magazine, but a means of getting to know things
and each other, of passing on to the large One Express family news, services, experiences, meetings, initiatives and
anything that might be useful to each of us.
We may still be young but, since we were set up in 2007, we have come a long way together and you have all made
your contribution, with your unique way of managing your areas, building relationships with Customers and taking up
the great opportunity that you have been offered to be an integral and active part of a national and international
Network. From eight initial partners, we are now 24, with over 120 Members covering every province in the country,
making deliveries every day and working together to ensure perfect control of the process.
We have managed to build a close-knit team, combining forces to deal with globalisation, becoming competitive and
making our own a business model which is unique in Italy, to the point of almost being a case study. This exceptional
result confirms how simple things are also the most beautiful and that behind every company there are People,
stories, personalities and that amazing desire to create a solid team. It is thanks to the commitment of each individual
Member that we have managed to create a Network that today enables each of us to satisfy our Customers, carrying
goods on pallets every day throughout Europe, thereby multiplying possibilities, reducing costs and consumption and
minimising our environmental impact in order to improve everyone’s life.
One Voice is our tool, our voice to involve all those who, like us, do their work with enthusiasm and determination.
We have at our disposal a new channel through which to present ourselves and illustrate what we are doing, as key
players, because that is how things work in the large One Express family. I invite all of you to send updates about
what you are doing and which you would like to see in the next issues of One Voice. New warehouses, management
improvements, major investments, expanding services: we will find space in this magazine for all news about the
Network and all the Companies that make it up.
