Human Resources, dedicated personnel training

and approach to sharing of information, along

with the company’s optimal management of

its relationships with customers.

When delivering its services, One Express can

count on a national Network of more than 120

terminals, along with 4 hubs, 1.6 million pallets

handled every year in Italy, and 24-hour sur-

veillance of goods. In the rest of Europe, the

international Network, ALLNET, joins together

One Express, Palet System, Online Systemlogistik

and Palletforce, the leading companies in the

Italian, French, German and English markets

respectively. This pan-European Network

ensures consistent pallet distribution standards

across 41 countries throughout Europe, with

18 international hubs, 9 million pallets

handled per year and 347 distribution points.

Transport categories are divided into 5 bands,

facilitating the identification of each shipment,

and a simplified tariff system operates on the

basis of these categories, getting rid of the

usual weight/volume formula and offering eco-

nomic benefits for multiple consignments. There

are two types: of deliveries: Gold Formula is

the express service which reduces travel times,

for delivered expected within 24 hours. Silver
