to support Members in progressively adapting
to the applicable rules on shipping, loading and
unloading of special goods. The chosen instrument
to achieve this objective, adjusted case by case
to each product category and to the specific reg-
ulatory requirement, is the proposal of conventions
designed to instruct and inform each Company.
HACCP CONSULTANCY ON NON-PERISH-
ABLE FOODSTUFFS AND ANIMAL FEED
For non-perishable foodstuffs, it is necessary to
refer to the Legislative Decree 193/2007 and the
EC Regulation 852/2004, complying with a number
of obligations. A recent innovation is the inclusion
in the Animal Feed Circuit (EC Regulation 183/2005).
ADR CONSULTANCY
Again this year, in order to align Members with
the innovations contained in the ADR 2017
agreement, One Express is providing a convention
with a complete ADR management package.
LEGAL ADVICE
One Express offers a legal advisory service
for categories of intervention such as: contract
management, insurance consulting, relationship
with the staff, corporate transformation.

gli Affiliati nel progressivo adeguamento alle regole vigenti in materia
di trasporto, carico e scarico di merci speciali.
Strumento prescelto per il raggiungimento di quest’obiettivo,
adattato di caso in caso alla singola categoria merceologica
e alla specifica prescrizione normativa, è la proposta di convenzioni
pensate per formare e informare ogni Impresa.

One Express offre un servizio di consulenza legale per categorie
d’intervento quali: contrattualistica, assicurativa, rapporti con
il personale, trasformazione societaria.
CONSULENZA HACCP
MERCI ALIMENTARI NON
DEPERIBILI E MANGIMI
Per le merci alimentari non deperibili occorre attenersi al
D.Lgs. 193/2007 e al Regolamento CE 852/2004, ottemperando
a una serie di obblighi. Novità recente è l’immissione nel Circuito
di mangimi (Regolamento CE 183/2005).
